Fenster roastery

 

We have started to roast our own coffee by rented roasters since July 2018

The actual own roasting production began in February 2022

Production area: 178 m2

Production includes: roaster, packaging, green coffee storage

We roasted on roasters: Probat, Giesen, Toper, at least a year on each

The actual own roaster: Loring S15 Falcon with Loring D35 destoner

Specialisation: regular coffee roasted according to specialty standards and specialty coffee from all segments.

The current portfolio includes:

Regular coffee: Yellow Bourbon Brazil, Mogiana Brazil (Mundo Novo, Yellow Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai), Robusta India

Specialty coffee: Colombia San Bernardo, Colombia Gesha Milagros, Colombia Castillo, Colombia Pacamara, El Salvador Bourbon Pacas, El Salvador Pacamara, Kenya SL28 SL34, Costa Rica SL28, Ethiopia Uraga Heirloom and others

Packaging takes place immediately after roasting, without a “rest” phase

After each roast, the profile is checked and adjusted for the next roast

We roast only to the maximum point of fructose development / caramelization

We roast only one profile, it is called “omni”

We also have an Italian roast. And even with robusta

We only sell whole coffee beans

We plan to sell also grounded coffee
